Moderated Caucus
A moderated caucus is when one delegate speaks at a time about a specific topic. Delegates are given a speaking time (usually around 30 seconds).
During a moderated caucus, you can:
Inform delegates about something related to the topic
Agree or disagree with something that has been said by another delegate
Add on to something someone else said
Ask a question to the group
